What was impressive is Mark called me within an hour of the first internet inquiry. It was nice to talk to someone who could answer questions. I received a quote within 2 hours of the initial contact which was better than any other price I had received from 3 other dealers closer to San Antonio. MArk continued to follow up with me to make sure I understood all the information. After flying to Dallas to get the car, our personal experience with Mark and the dealership continued to be excellent. We were greeted at the airport by a very professional young man who drove us back to the dealership (about 20 min drive). Our new car was ready to go and Mark had all paperwork ready for review. There was never a feeling of pressure, yet Mark was very sensitive to our travel needs and really had things taken care of quickly. We were driving back home in less than 3 hours of landing in Dallas. I only wish they were closer to San Antonio. Highly recommend using them for your next car! More

The salesman who helped me, Tim the Internet Manager, never made me feel like I had to get the car from them. It was an incredibly low pressure experience. I was very pleased with their finance manager, Robert, as well. He was really personable and made spending 12,000+ less stressful. The only thing I can really say that I wasn't 100% happy with was the detailing of the car. There was quite a bit of debris in the corners of the door that my wife noticed when we got home. Not a huge deal at all and really has no reflection on the people that I came in contact with directly. Will that said, I was extremely pleased with the service, attention, and respect I was given. I will definately be going back when I'm in the market to get my next car! More

I was very surprised when the finance department even beat my interest rate from my Houston to purchase vehicle and was even provided transportation.
