Gary was excellent to work with, he made the process so easy for me. I have purchased five vehicles total from Gary and would never think of going anywhere else. I know that after leaving I have a good deal, a vehicle that fits my needs, and an excellent service department to help maintain my new purchase for years to come. If you own a Dodge that was not bought at this dealership, you won't be able to get work done. They will only work on vehicles you buy from them. And that includes vehicles under warranty. We n dealership, you won't be able to get work done. They will only work on vehicles you buy from them. And that includes vehicles under warranty. We needed work done on the vehicle, but were turned away since it was not sold by them. So I recommend to all to go somewhere else for service, sales too. More

I've bought cars through this dealer for 20 years and have been very satisfied with both the salesmanship and service. This is not a hard sell type of shop. They have what they have or they can usually order it through another shop. They have always been quite good to deal with. If you are within 50 miles of Hornell, NY you should come check them out. As an aside the website is incorrect on other dealers within 50 miles: There is one in Dansville and Wellsville which are easily within that range. More
