We gave them three tries, waiting for over 10 minutes each time even though we made an appointment. It was as if they were doing us a favor by showing us the cars: on one visit, when we asked to test-drive three cars, the salesperson said: "We don't normally let people test-drive more than one car, but I'll make an exemption for you." That same salesperson told us three times that he'd send us quotes, but he was always "ten minutes away from the dealership; I'll send it to you right after I get back." If they didn't want our business, that's fine, but they were dishonest too. The last salesperson we dealt with said that if we didn't buy a 2020 series, the 2021 MSRP would be $2,000 higher. In fact, the MSRP according to BMW's own documents is $300 higher. Furthermore, the salesperson did not tell us about the summer rebates; clearly, he just wanted to keep the difference for himself. I made an appointment to get my A/C looked at, my previous advisor had retired and spoke to Larry who I have seen during my visits, he tells me to grab a loaner and he will call me, I go to the loaner counter and the un-professionalism starts right away. The guy says that I don't have an appointment, I said I do, he after fumbling for a while says, oh yeah I have here a drop off, no car for you. I said I made the appointment for a loaner as I always did, he said do you have proof? I showed him the email confirmation and he says, well someone must have changed it, now it's a drop off. I said how am I going to get home, he said I can maybe get a rental but he couldn't do that today. I said why offer if you can't do, he said you are welcome to take your vehicle back, and that's what I did, and after ten years I will never go back their again More

However, when working with Aimon Altaai, your entire perspective will change. You never feel pressured to make a decision. He doesn't make you feel that he's being incentivized to push for a specific vehicle or warranty package. You genuinely believe he has your best interest at heart and makes the entire experience truly, incredible. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Aimon for all of your future needs, he's in a class of his own. More

Ask them why they wore out so quickly they tell me they were never rotated. Never realized that when you bring the car in for service tire rotation is not included. So now have to spend 500 on new tires. Ask them about the fact I did not use the 30k miles they tell me they do not refund for miles not used. What a scam. They get to sell the car with low mileage and get a car back with unused new front tires. Thought BMW was a different type of car company but in the end no different from Chevy or dodge. More
Second car from Mike Mike helped me with my lease in 2017 and when my lease was going to the end I reached out to him for the 2nd car. Both of the cars are factory orders because I searched inventories in a few dealers around me and could not find the perfect match. What differentiates Mike and other car sales I talked to is he does not play games. I talked to some other dealers about ordering and generally received 2 reactions. One is the sales doesn't want to talk to me because they think I am not serious about buying as "the order is not on a M car means you are not serious". The other reaction is the sales asks for a price that is thousands higher than a similar equipped in-stock car as they think I order because I have no choice. Mike treats me the same way he treats a customer who buys on the same day. The fact that my deal is not going to close in a few months does not change the way he does business. Mike does not attract customers by screaming "I have the lowest price on earth". The first price he gives out is reasonable enough to move forward. He never says "come to the dealership let's talk here" and he just sends back a solid number upon request. I did not have to spend hours to haggle with him and from my experience with other dealers it would take some fight to bring down the price to what Mike gave me in the first email. Overall experience is excellent with both Mike and the dealership. Will definitely come back in the future if getting another BMW More

Marcelo; Frankly, appreciating his work ethics and thanking him publicly will make me feel I have returned him back in a way. First off, we are very satisfied (about car services) customers of yours (and also @ParkAveBMW's.) I have been with Mr. Sim for last 3 years and his work correctness% is almost perfect. He has never given me a chance to raise a issue(s) for car services I had sought for (except for a couple of silly ones in the long past.) He will define job work details for his technicians so well; perhaps, his 'master technician' abilities help him connect with his technicians accurately for a better output. Sim also tries his best to present best price estimates (or prices) available @ParkAveBMW. Last time he presented a redemption offer from BMW North America for Battery replacement service. Thank you.
