Really appreciated the process with Brad. Emailed back and forth about the final price of the car and just had to go in and do paperwork and pick it up. We hadn't gone over the registration with anyone and when we told her that we had our own plates, she got very flustered and quite annoyed at us. She told us in a huff that she had to do the paperwork all over again. We then just asked about the financing term length and she snapped at us saying "I can't change that. That's set." Not only could she have been nicer, I'm pretty sure if we said we want a shorter financing length, we can do it. It's our money. She just made it feel like we were wasting her time. Would not recommend working with her at all. Overall, really liked how thorough and great this dealership was. They made sure we understood all the aspects of the car and Brad was helpful and patient with the process. More

If you need an answer to anything at all and Aimon was your salesperson, just Aimon!! Started leasing my vehicle mid-late June of this year. If you need an answer to anything at all and Aimon was your salesperson, just do yourself a favor and ask for another sales rep/supervisor...he never gets back to you no matter how polite you are. When I picked up my vehicle he told me that the spare key must have fallen out in the plant or whatnot and that he’ll get another one ASAP. 4 months later I started emailing and calling him weekly for 1.5 months and got 1 response saying that he’d get back to me. 3 weeks later I got a hold of Andy Desalvo and he immediately rectified the situation. It took him about 10 minutes of investigation to figure out what was going on and ordered me a new one. Long story short...I couldn’t be more displeased with BMW so far. More

I wanted to do a European Delivery on an M2 Competition during summer 2020. I stopped by Park Ave BMW in Sept 2019 and met Micheal Messinger. I had a superb experience with him, all the we through to today during summer 2020. I stopped by Park Ave BMW in Sept 2019 and met Micheal Messinger. I had a superb experience with him, all the we through to today. First, he secured the allocation for me, which isn't very easy for these cars. Then, he took care of all the necessary Euro Delivery paperwork steps. Then COVID happened and things quickly became bad. He diligently worked with BMW NA and BMW AG to ensure a positive outcome for my order. After many complications, including BMW cancelling all EDs for this year and terminating the whole program, lengthy delays both at Germany exit port and US entry port, and finally inexplicable customs delay, Michael made sure to keep me well informed and tried his best to reach out to his corporate contacts and figure out ETA for re-delivery. Finally, today, I got to pick up my car, thanks for Michael. He is an all around solid guy, would strongly recommend him to anyone in the area looking to purchase/order a new BMW. Thanks again, Michael! More

Claudio is the most rude human and is a disgrace to the BMW brand. He says the most inappropriate comments in front of clients waiting for their cars in the waiting area.
