I've purchased 3 cars from park ave bmw in the past 5 years. Mike Messenger was the sales rep whom I met on my first visit. Because of his wit, honesty and authentic personality my comfort level rose to years. Mike Messenger was the sales rep whom I met on my first visit. Luis Valencia is by far one of the best dealers I've have dealt with. I purchased some fine cars from exceptional dealers, but Luis made the whole experience wonderful. Since my partner and I are busy doctors in Manhattan, we arrived at the dealership before opening hours and there was Luis to show us the car in the covered garage. He went over the specs and the details of the car, and what was covered under warranty, etc. There was one issue with the financing and getting the funds from the credit union in a timely manner, but Lisa the Finance Officer used her skills to get us a very very low rate on our CPO car within minutes.
