I have to say that Mr DeOliveira took all the time that I needed to answer all my questions. There was no pressure to decide on one model or another; there was no pressure to decide to buy at all. The car itself was so attractive that it made the sale. Mr DeOliveira was accommodating with respect to all my needs: he facilitated disposing of the rental vehicle I drove there, he assisted in arranging for car insurance. After finishing with Mr DeOliveira, I was referred to the salesperson who discussed the various additional options available (LoJack, etc). Again, there was no pressure and no effort tp make me spend more money. I was given the relevant information about the various options, and I was able to make a choice that I felt good about, Overall, I'd highly recommend both Park Avenue BMW, and Mr DeOliveira in particular. Great experience overall worked with Luis to trade existing 2 vehicles for 2 new BMWs. Luis is very knowledgeable on the products he sells and was very patient with my wife and I setting vehicles. Craig did everything he could to meet all of my demands for my cars configuration, and was pleasant and patient with me! Roger explained all of the charges I would incur, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. The expeirece could not have gone smoother. They both showed extreme patients (took 6hrs), from finding the exact car I want to the time I drove it home. they made sure I was comfortable and kept up to date through out the process.
