Best BMW genius ever We were very excited to have our new X7, but I have to say the overall experience was brought to a whole new level with our BMW genius, Emile Goldman. We were very excited to have our new X7, but I have to say the overall experience was brought to a whole new level with our BMW genius, Emile Goldman. Not only was he extremely patient and knowledgable in walking through all the important features, he went out of his way to make lots of customizations right on the spot in great details. Upon finishing, it was already 30 mins after their normal store closing time. Unfortunately our old car got locked up in the main parking lot; he stayed there with us, made phone calls to get us help, and only left after we got our old car out. It was absolutely a heart warming experience. More
