It is almost flawless how different teams/sub-teams collaborate and complete a service maintenance or a repair job. It is an experience in itself: From the moment you hand over car keys, get notifications on jobs/repairs definitions, or when job is completed, car wash, car keys back to you. All of this looks well thought of. I wish this well established standard is sustained and becomes a benchmark in the industry. Spectacular results from a sad start! I was concerned how the work would turn out because of the extent of the damage and the quality of the paint job required to correct the situation. Both Ralmy and Priscilla and later Luigi walked me through the entire process to a spectacular result, I could not be more thrilled. All three people involved rate 5 stars; I have requested my insurance agent to direct any body work for other clients to direct them to Park Ave Body shop as a result of my experience.
