I received a follow-up the next morning, and had a lengthy conversation with Tina. She was very thorough took notes that she said she would provide to Curt. Shortly thereafter Curt reached out and presented options based on my budget, car preference (even down to the color). We exchanged multiple emails about options, and i decided to come in that day to see cars in person. Despite being on the cusp of lockdown in New Jersey, Curt was fully available and showed me all the options I was interested in. Curt was honest, and within 15 mins I chose the vehicle I wanted to move forward with. Curt processed the paperwork, handled my lease buy-back and within 1 hour I was on my way out the door with my new vehicle. Extremely impressive, and thorough.
