There are no games. No managers coming in to strongarm you, confuse you, and steal your money. When you go to Park Ave and deal with Curt Lewis, you deal with him, that's it (and obviously finance to sign a few documents which took 20 minutes). The paperwork process was seamless and the customer service is NOTHING like anything I have ever expereinced. I first went to Open Road Acura in Wayne and was brought in by a fake internet special. Wayne emailed me pricing and when I showed up told me they made a mistake - that the price they quoted me was for a front wheel drive car, not a All Wheel Drive car. Buy your next Acura from Curt(and please NEVER buy from Wayne - they are crooks). Curt works in the Internet department, so just call and set an appt with him, and put your guard down when you go to see him. He's a great, honest salesman, looking to make people satisifed and long lasting Park Ave Acura customers. Curt, if you see this, thank you again!
