This was my first experience purchasing a car from a dealership, and after hearing several horror stories from many different people, I wasn't sure what to expect. At no point during the buying process did I ever feel pressured in any way. Nick was very helpful when it came time to complete all of the required paperwork, and made sure that all of the "fine print" was understood and made clear. After much searching for a pre-owned vehicle in the Boston area, I found the local dealers to be pricing their vehicles well above the market value. Maurizio Ranieri confirmed the cleanliness of the vehicle I saw online as well as vouched for the quality of the ride. He was truthful on both counts. Maurizio picked me up at the train station in Newark from Boston on his day off, ensured the transaction went smoothly and got me on my way back to Boston quickly. We had a wonderful experience with Nick and this dealership. Unlike many of the New York dealerships, they were upfront with all the fees included and straightforward regarding pricing and what was dealership. Unlike many of the New York dealerships, they were upfront with all the fees included and straightforward regarding pricing and what was included. Likewise, given our busy schedule, we liked the fact that most of the negotiations and conversations were done over the phone and via e-mail. You know when a company is good when they have nothing to hide and aren't afraid to include prices and fees on their email. In addition, unlike many of the New York dealerships, Park Avenue Acura had a great finance department who were not "pushy" at all. I have already recommended this dealership to a friend of mine and will be happy to do so again. More

Over all I had a great experience at Park Ave Acura. I first came in on a Wednesday night (20 mins before closing). Nick was patiently waiting for me still very friendly and helpful. The car was in really good shape aside from a few scratches still the asking price was the best I've seen through out most of NJ. We didn't get the deal done that day however, the next day we were able to work through most the details over email, it was great because I couldn't take off work to come finish the deal. Picking up the car was a breeze as well, The finance guy (cant remember is name) wasn't pushy or trying to sell me anything, didn't rush through the details.
