Everyone at this dealership is very nice but when the final paperwork is drawn up they do not honor the discounts originally offered. On the initial paperwork, we were presented with a pricing breakdown that included a $2000 discount off the sticker price. The vehicle was not ready for release the same day so we had to come back to sign the contract and pick up the truck the following business day. When the contract was created, there was only an $878 discount taken. Unfortunately, I did not catch this at the time of signing because the cash price listed includes the taxes and I did not think to do my own calculations. Also to note, there is a sign in the dealership window that states they use Kelley Blue Book trade-in values, however our salesperson told us "no dealership uses Kelley Blue Book anymore" and the best they could do was $720 under the Carfax value. The discrepancy in the discount amount alone is significant enough to make a huge difference in monthly payments when financing. I think it is shameful to take advantage of hard-working customers on a budget. If you expect a good deal from honest people, this is not the place for you. More

I told Jonathan Ramos I wanted a 36 month lease he came back with $388 a month for 36 months on a 2023 Equinox LT I asked if I could put $2000 down and get it down to $350 a month? He left and came back and said that was fine so I started to make the deal, never told me that finance must’ve told him that they were changing it to 28 months, whatever kind of lease month agreement that is! I’ve never heard of such a thing! I’m sure that every paper Jonathan brought me to sign said 36 months and then 5 FIVE HOURS later (which I know isn’t a long time at a car dealership but it’s a long time for my salesman not to explain that they were changing my months that I initially agreed to) I was finally in finance signing papers where I felt very rushed and paperwork was not explained. My regular Chevy dealership is Hawthorne Chevy but they didn’t have the car I wanted so I gave Paramus a try. Everyone acts like they are doing everything with your best interest in mind and with a smile on their faces. I will not be back and I will tell everyone I know that’s even considering to ever go to this dealership what snakes work there!
