As soon I got there, I was greeded by Aaron Bisesti, the service manager, who explained how long the service would take and if I wanted to wait, I told him I'll wait there. The service took the time he said or little less, he came out and in a very professional and courteous way he explained what he did, he went above and beyond on the task, I was impressed. My wife and I are new in town and is a peace of mind to find a service dealer you can trust with your car whenever you need it. I'll recommend this dealer service center greatly. I bought two! I was sick and tired of broke down used cars. When I brought in an old Kia for repair Chris made it possible to trade it as is and to buy a 2018 Kia S I was sick and tired of broke down used cars. I called Chris in sales and told him I had to get a car to the Dmv by 445 pm he told me to see Let me just say Paramount Kia in Hickory is top notch. I called Chris in sales and told him I had to get a car to the Dmv by 445 pm he told me to see Kyle he would make it happen . When I got there at 403 pm I told Kyle I needed a oil change also. His comment was not if your going to leave here at 445 let’s get the inspection done and schedule you for a oil change and do the recalls later in the week.. his main concern was getting me to the dmv not making a dollar. My car was returned to me at 428 pm . This goes along way with me Chris told me to ask for Kyle and he would make it happen and that he did. This goes a long way most dealers want to make big profits before I would go to any other dealers I would not pass up Chris in sales or Kyle in service these guys are like super hero’s at least in my book they are..
