I have been trying for the last 8 hours for someone to answer the phone at the service department. I have left messages and have had no response. I’ve never had this experience with any dealership. Although we had a good experience when we purchased our Telluride - when we tried to schedule an emergent service appointment we were told it would be 4-6 weeks. This was despite the Telluride being unable to be safely driven. Despite requesting to speak to a manager, we received no telephone call as promised. I would never purchase another vehicle from Paramount. They are more than happy to sell you a call but don’t expect to receive any service after your purchase. More

This dealership is not worth the time it takes to call. They have my 2022 sorento which had a check engine light on and they unplugged the battery and rest the light instead of tring to fix it.
