All the employees of Paramount Kia that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The worst! From Jordan McCarty (Sales) to Andy Harris (Sales Mgr.), and others in between, there is much incompetence at this dealership. Initially, on about Oc From Jordan McCarty (Sales) to Andy Harris (Sales Mgr.), and others in between, there is much incompetence at this dealership. Initially, on about October 22, 2024, I made a deal through Jordan to purchase a new Telluride from a SC dealership. A few days passed and no one contacted me to come for the vehicle. I called and Jordan said the vehicle would be ready soon. Went to get it and it was NOT the same vehicle. Jordan said they were not able to work out a deal with the other dealership so they found another. Well, I was just about ready to drive the vehicle off the property when I discovered it did not have all-wheel drive (a must for me). Jordan left me and disappeared into the building for awhile. To keep this brief, I will say that I was on their property 5 hours that day, waiting and waiting for a solution. Eventually, a third Telluride was located for me. A few days later (after me calling for updates), I was notified it was on the property and would be ready late that afternoon. Went to pick it up, and a very nice employee was just finishing up installing an accessory. I left the dealership around 6 p.m., thinking all was done. Here it is December 13, 2024, and I still have not received the registration to the car I purchased!! My tag was physically transferred from my trade-in, but no one completed the registration! For the sake of space here I have not included many other screw ups associated with the transaction. Had this been resolved in a reasonable time, I would not be writing this review; but almost every employee to which I have spoken has dropped the ball. It all goes back to Jordan McCarty, who failed to stay on top of the transaction, failed to call me with progress (or lack of), who failed to ensure the third vehicle was indeed ready to drive off the lot. The Sales Manager (Andy Harris) failed to ensure Jordan had dotted the i's and crossed the t's. No one will answer phone calls - without exception, every call I have made has gone to voicemails. Not one person (Sales, Management, Title/Registration) will answer their phone. I should not be the one to have to pursue resolving this legality issue! Why am I having to work so hard to get Paramount employees to do their job?? Now, I am looking at a beautiful vehicle that cannot be driven. To say I am disgusted would be a mild way to express my dissatisfaction with Paramount Kia of Hickory. Benny Yount, help me please!! More

My 2015 Kia Optima was totaled in a wreck Kaleb helped me find the perfect car. I bought a 2025 K5GT all because Kaleb helped me find the perfect car! Kaleb was great. He explained everything in the car how the car operated and all the new features. I was totally amazed from the change of my 2015 Optima to the K5 GT. I am so grateful for all the explaining Kaleb had to go through to make sure I understood how my new car would operate. So I finally got to drive the car and I absolutely loved it! Kaleb was so sweet to take time to explain things to me so that I would understand all the new changes from my old car to this car. Kaleb even helped me program my phone to the car because I would have no idea what to do. Truly, Kaleb was the sweetest. I so dreaded the process of buying a new car but Kaleb took his time. Talk to me, answered all my questions and helped explain new things to me, I’m 55 and there’s a huge difference between my new car now and my Kia Optima 2015. so Kaleb was sweet enough to be patient with me. I truly dreaded the trip to the dealership But working with Kaleb made the process painless and actually kind of fun. Kaleb was very personable answered every weird or stupid questions that I asked. We laughed a lot, and it was just way more pleasant than I ever expected. I was grateful for all of Kaleb‘s effort and patience. Paramount Kia definitely has a great guy on the sales team. I even told Kaleb that we were gonna come back because my daughter needs a car and I want Kaleb to be the one to help us through the process. At least this next trip, I will not dread at all because I know Kaleb will help me and explain things and take very good care of us you have a great guy on your sales team. Take good care of him.
