Agree run from this Service Center! So incompetent. I have a 2024 KIA Sportage and took my vehicle in 3 times to just change the oil. I had so much oil all over my car/ car port. Very sad it took 3 tries to change the oil and seal it. Now I need some real work and I wouldn't touch this service center especially after the other reviews. The service mgr Brent did send someone to clean up the oil all over the carport and a 25 gift cert but... I would prefer a tech that was knowledgeable enough to change the oil right the first time. More
