Been at service three times for the same reason. We bought our vehicle from Palmen and was very happy with our entire service and transaction. About six months later we found a vibration in he front of vehicle, we were told it was a bent rim, so we purchased a new rim and new tire, the problem still occurred, we went back and service said it was another bent rim, so we changed it again. The problem still is happening today, I’m so upset with the service department, and I was thinking of purchasing another vehicle from palmen but now definitely reconsidering. More
