Jason was very nice, courteous & respectful. He explained what was found wrong on my car& how it would be repaired. I felt safe at Palmens & was comfortable waiting. Even though it took 2 visits He explained what was found wrong on my car& how it would be repaired. I felt safe at Palmens & was comfortable waiting.
