This is my second experience with Palmen. My first experience, I swore I would never go back. The salesman and I had agreed and out the door price and we had it circled on a piece of paper. . When my mother and husband came in to sign the papers and pay the salesman told him he forgot to add tax and made them pay another $3000. This was a definite sneeky when I left. My second experience. My salesman was amazingly nice and good and apologetic. However, I purchased the car on a Monday and on Tuesday while driving my daughter to school the light came on and told me to immediately turn off the engine because the engine was overheating. I brought the car back to the dealership and they had it for another four days Not fun to buy a $60,000 car and have it go to the shop the next morning for four days There was never really a reason why this happened. They said that they change the coolant and check the coolant and all the cords and really didn’t find a problem. In the meantime Well, they had the car a dent Appeared with a major chip in the paint and with some weird yellow paint on the headlight. They either drop something or hit something with the car.. So now I have a new car with a nice dent in it. I also have not received my second key fob a week later . So as if these two Issues weren’t bad enough With my second experience, let me tell you what else happened . I was paying cash for this car $60,000. Let me remind you. I had to wait with my father who had cancer in a chair in the sales room for two hours because there was one person ahead of me and financing When it was finally my turn, my signing of papers took five minutes There is absolutely no reason why I had to wait two hours There were plenty of offices that he could’ve excused himself for five minutes and had me Finish my payment while this other person was taking their two hours if I had to buy a new car again, I would never go back to the dealership Between myself and my family, we have owned 10 GMC vehicles Unfortunately, Palmer will never get my business and I don’t feel that I was treated very well . I would love to hear from somebody high up in the company that would care to hear my story to hear my frustration to hear the disappointment of owning a new car with a nice dent in it and an engine that almost blew up. Not the way you want to spend $60,000 More
