Bought my 2016 Impala here at Palm Chevrolet a couple years back. It has served me well, and I do love it. Palm has taken good care servicing it since. I was not happy that they did t tell me that the service was not covered until after it was completed. Overall experience was ok with some reservations. That is BULL____! The following day after agreeing to deal, the instruction for new vehicle was long, muddled, and incomplete. Plate was installed but no check of items left in trade-in (2). Had to be mailed to me which took a week+. I love the Traverse and this is the third we've bought. I must say I'll be looking for a better dealership if I trade again. More
