Their workmanship was exceptional and they completed what I had asked exactly as they stated so I was a happy camper. A minor issue, they did indicate I would receive task messages of the trucks status (3 day repair). I received a task when they started on day one and another after I picked up the truck on day 3 so their task message follow-up is weak. All else went great. Ray More

I was very pleasantly surprised.....when the mechanic road with me, he was able to diagnose the problem right away. I don't remember the mechanics name but I hope he sees this because he was wonderful. On our short drive he explained the issues I was experiencing with my car and explained what was going to happen. And made the whole process a lot easier to understand. And the shuttle driver was wonderful as well, offering to go out of his was to help me and pick me back up. More

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW OFF THE LOT SUBURBAN FROM PALM. FIRST FREE OIL CHANGE WITH AN APT WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE AT LEAST A 3 HOUR WAIT FOR OIL CHANGE AFTE I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW OFF THE LOT SUBURBAN FROM PALM. FIRST FREE OIL CHANGE WITH AN APT WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE AT LEAST A 3 HOUR WAIT FOR OIL CHANGE AFTER WAITING AN HOUR TO BE CHECKED IN. ASKED IF THE SHUTTLE COULD DROP MYSELF WITH MY 3 CHILDREN OFF AT TARGET, WAS TOLD NO. THEY DONT OFFER THAT ON A SATURDAY?!? TODAY MY KEY FOB IS NOT WORKING, THIS DEALER TOLD ME AT ANYTIME WHILE UNDER WARRANTY I COULD GET A NEW FOB,( BY DOMINICK) WHEN CALLING TODAY, FELICIA TELLS ME I HAVE TO WAIT AND A TECH MUST INSPECT MY KEY FOB BEFORE WARRANTY. TODAY THEY ARE SO BUSY IT COULD BE A FEW HOURS OF WAITING,,, THIS DEALER DIDN'T WAIT HOURS TO CLEAR MY CHECK WHEN I BOUGHT THIS 75,000.00 THOUSAND DOLLAR VEHICLE. NONE OF THE SERVICE WRITERS ARE POLITE TO CUSTOMERS, SEEMS AS IF THEY ARE ONLY THERE FOR A PAYCHECK!! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN OCALA...
