Our car was "worked in" for same day service. Glenn kept us informed every step of the way. Even though our car was long out of warranty, we always returned to Glenn for any service needs. Willie read my mind with just a few short sentences and put me in a beautiful new 2015 silverado with very little haggling and we closed the deal in a very short time thanks to the help of Richard Howard who knows his job very well and is so polite and cheerful. Excellent Service Advisor!!!! The experience my wife and I had this service visit was a 180 degree turnaround from the last time. Our last experience was horrible (look at our last survey) but this one was OUTSTANDING. The reason was the service advisor who took care of us (Isaac Velazquez). When we pulled up he immediately came to help us. He even remembered my wife from a previous visit. He was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. We had to leave the vehicle overnight and Isaac took care of all the arrangements to provide us with a loaner vehicle. What we especially liked was that he called us several times to keep up us up to speed as to what was wrong with our car, what was being done to fix it, and when we could come to pick it up. Great service, great personality, great attitude. More
