No way it should’ve taken six hours to put in two vents plus you broke my back panel. Why can’t things be fixed on the first visit why don’t you look over the mechanics work before you tow the customer to plus you broke my back panel. There was a computer glitch so my person (Brian) kept trying and trying before he asked and someone told him to bypass it. If something is not working it seems like someone should have told him. If they had told me in the morning that there was no return shuttle I would have made arrangements. More
