I understand that they are busy, but an oil and lube service should not take two hours and forty minutes. We had a 1:20 PM appointment for an Oil and Filter Change and Tire Rotation (first service on this vehicle). We were all checked in by 1:10 PM. Our vehicle did not even enter the service bay until 2:25 PM. M and Tire Rotation (first service on this vehicle). We were all checked in by 1:10 PM. Our vehicle did not even enter the service bay until 2:25 PM. Meanwhile we saw at least 3 other vehicles that arrived later taken before ours. Our vehicle did not leave the service bay until 3:40 PM. We did not check out until 3:45 PM. Two hours and 25 minutes for a simple Oil, Filter and Tire Rotation is INCREDIBLY BAD SERVICE! We will definitely NOT BE RETURNING to Palm for any future Oil changes. More
