They checked me in as having a different car under a different name .n9 one was outside when I arrived for service. I would give Palm Chevrolet a 5, but the new system of not being able to talk to the advisor is stupid. I could only receive text messages or emails. There was also very little follow-up when I left a mes not being able to talk to the advisor is stupid. I could only receive text messages or emails. There was also very little follow-up when I left a message. It puts more stress on the customer than is needed. I don't know if this is a Chevrolet thing or not, but it needs to go away. I was informed the truck [should / would] be ready by closing. I called to see if it was ready. I left a message it took almost 4 hours for me to get a text telling me it would be ready by noon the next day... I was two blocks away. I had to meet the technician who drives the truck there, which could have happened "if" someone picked up the phone when I called. This took almost two hours out of my day... More
