Overall experience was ok with some reservations. That is BULL____! The following day after agreeing to deal, the instruction for new vehicle was long, muddled, and incomplete. Plate was installed but no check of items left in trade-in (2). Had to be mailed to me which took a week+. I love the Traverse and this is the third we've bought. I must say I'll be looking for a better dealership if I trade again. More

Palm Chevrolet provided excellent service and provided me with service I needed and expected. I previously was dealing with Cecil Clark Chevrolet in Leesburg who were unresponsive for over a week after I vi with service I needed and expected. I previously was dealing with Cecil Clark Chevrolet in Leesburg who were unresponsive for over a week after I visited their lot and asked for assistance locating a 2025 High Country Tahoe. Several times I called Clark Chevrolet to hear that manager was “looking”. I saw a Tahoe I was interested in o. The Palm were and talked to Neal who very helpful and hooked me up with Levy, who closed the deal. More
Mrs. King is a very nice person. She did her job professionally and it was a pleasure to meet/work with her, However our interactions only lasted 60-90 minutes in total. It was a great that she listened and provided me with the information I needed to make a decision. She did an outstanding job, contacting me, having the vehicle ready to test drive and after the sale it was cleaned, detailed and ready to be picked up. So I thank her for that. Other than that there was absolutely nothing about purchasing the vehicle from PALM Chevrolet that stood out. It was just your average/ sub par dealership, that did all the standard stuff that makes purchasing a vehicle one of the most hated things that most people ever do. There was absolutely nothing that stood out that would make me recommend to anyone to go there and purchase a vehicle. To be honest there is nothing about the purchase that stood out that would make me go back even for service. There is a dealership in my town that I have purchased 8 vehicles from over the years, don’t see me doing that with Palm. Mrs. King treated me respectfully and listened to what I asked and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on the purchase of the vehicle. I thank her for that. It was down hill from there At one point in the process I grab my belongings and was ready to walk out the door. The standard (an unethical) high pressure sales to try and sell useless stuff to boost profit's is the reason I likely will not recommend PALM to anyone. It’s unfortunate that Palm still feels the need to push useless add ons over building a relationship with a buyer. I understand that this will not change and this review, will be read and tossed in a very short time. More
