Buying a car from Palm Beach Mitsubishi was the worst mistake I’ve ever made in my life. I’ve been saving up to buy a new car for the past few months and had to expedite the purchasing process when my ol mistake I’ve ever made in my life. I’ve been saving up to buy a new car for the past few months and had to expedite the purchasing process when my old car got totaled. I was struggling to find a vehicle that fit my needs and budget until I found a 2017 Chevy Volt from this company. I was incredibly hesitant to purchase out of state at first but was assured the vehicle would undergo a 120 point inspection and I could return it within 5 days of delivery if there was anything wrong with it. It took several weeks to get my car as it was “in service” and when I did finally get it, it was dropped off to me with 0 gas and 0 charge, filled with ants, back up camera broken, and the car would randomly stall while driving. As in completely stop driving with nothing I could do to get it to go. I take it to the shop and they tell me the car needs a completely new transaxle or I’ll end up stranded somewhere within the next 6 months to a year. Turns out it would cost me 18,000 to replace it. I immediately request to return it at their expense considering the car was exponentially more messed up than I ever could have imagined. Now they’re saying it will cost be 5,000 to return it despite the fact that the contract shows the cost would be significantly less to return, AND the fact that I was told the car would undergo an inspection and had zero information about these defects on the car fax. The car is now not even turning on! It won’t lock! The lights don’t turn on. I can’t even move it from the place I parked it. This car was supposed to be a graduation gift to myself after saving for a long time and now I’m out almost 15,000 plus all the money Ive had to pay for a rental to have a safe car to drive. The only solution they’ve offered me was to SHIP ME A NEW TRANSAXLE FROM FLORIDA TO CALIFORNIA with only $500 for estimated repairs. Mind you, there’s a whole lot more wrong with the car than just the transaxle. If I wanted to fully repair everything it would likely cost me almost 30,000 which is TWICE WHAT I PAID and 3x the value of the actual vehicle. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are scammers. Everyone who was involved in selling me this vehicle should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I work four jobs, have zero assets and am now completely broke having to pick up extra shifts to pay for my rental. They have given me no empathy or respect for my financial circumstances and my financial situation has become so dire that I honestly just want to give up sometimes. Palm Beach Mitsubishi is a godless institution and I know for a fact that karma will work her magic on everyone who works there who have effectively ruined my life for the next several months without even a hint of understanding. I will be actively praying on their downfall for every day of my life going forward. More
I would give less than one star if I could. I was looking to purchase a Tesla that qualified for the 4000 dollar EV tax credit that would reduce the car to a better price for me at the cost of I was looking to purchase a Tesla that qualified for the 4000 dollar EV tax credit that would reduce the car to a better price for me at the cost of the IRS. Unfortunately, however, these people took the credit and claimed to pocket it for themselves whilst also increasing the price of the vehicle artificially by tacking on a nonsense 4-5k paint protection plan that I could not opt out of. I tried to get them to reconsider as I really did like the car, but they were firm on stealing the credit and also to boot, adding another 2000 dollars of nonsense fees that they also refused to remove. All in all, they should make this kind of practice illegal and you should stay far away from these scammers. More

It also came with a flat tire, a brake issue and the remote starter didn't work. I was assured it would be delivered detailed, gassed up and registered and inspected with a 101 point check done!!!!! It was on Empty, looked like it had been sitting for a year, was unregistered and uninspected. Complete SCAMMERS! Stay clear of these people! More
I bought a 2019 BMW X6 after receiving the car, found a large gash on the side door. Come to find out the dealership knew about it after I pacifically asked them if there was any major scratches. On July 14, 2024 I bought a '24 Outlander; I traded in a '21 Dodge Durango. The trade-in allowance was enough to pay off my Dodge Durango. It is now 8/9/24 (almost 1 month since I traded in my Durango and '21 Dodge Durango. The trade-in allowance was enough to pay off my Dodge Durango. It is now 8/9/24 (almost 1 month since I traded in my Durango and bought the Outlander) and my Dodge Durango still has not been paid off. Chrysler Capital (the Durango's finance company) has charged me a late fee, marked my account as "delinquent" and my credit score has dropped 17 points. I contacted PB Mitsubishi 3 times during all of this: 2 times they never returned my call, 1 time they gave me incorrect information (they said they started the process to pay off my car but according to Chrysler Capital that was untrue). They have sold my Dodge Durango without a title. Unfortunately, yesterday I had to file an official consumer complain with the Florida Highway Safety & Motor Vehicle department. However, I really truly just need them to pay off my Dodge Durango trade-in--it has been almost a month after all and they have already sold it. The amount of time and sleepless nights this has/is causing me, not to mention a lower credit score was NOT worth going to this Dealership. The car is great, but I would not purchase from this dealership at all every again. More
DONT buy or finance a car from here. They took my money before I even signed a contract. Right front air shock leaking , brake calipers are corroded ,heat temp modular is bad ,fuel tank vale is bad ! I have been getting nothing but the run around for a week now or hung up on run as far as you can this dealership is a complete scam !!! More

I will say, the experience of actually buying the car was easy, that I will give them. As long as your in the dealership, make sure all issues are handled, because after that, they will forget who you are like a drunken romp in the back seat of that very car they JUST sold you. I love my car, 2017 Jaguar..Beautiful car..I flew from CT where I'm working to Florida to pick it up, they say online they will pay for your flight to test drive.. I didn't receive that offer, but , cool..they handled another issue for me..so, I get there, picked up from the airport, and the car is waiting. I was in and out..so far, so good..get in and the battery and wipers needed to be replaced, which they did..BIG SHOUTS to the parts/service department. John made sure his guy checked all fluids and put air in the tires, because all 4 psi read 23/24 out of 40.. Mind you, I made my sales person aware I was driving back to CT that night, due to work. Anyway..I'm giving the green light to go, mind you..I said to both the managers there, they need to call out the person who signed off on servicing the car for sale, since it's obvious they did nothing, or the things I experienced, should have noted, especially the wipers..small details ignored, means bigger ones are totally ignored. Anyway, I make it safely back to CT, why when I was cleaning the car, I found the rear break guard, which keeps the brakes from shifting, chilling on my rim😡 it was bad enough the tires were balder than a baboon's a#$.. but, that as I said earlier.. meant the person who signed off on safety repairs and checks, did NOT DO THEIR JOB..fyi the car was transferred from Taverna Collection. I was willing to just buy new tires, but, the fact that the brakes could have dislodged for that 18hr drive, was a whole other thing.. xx me if you want, don't put my life at risk while doing it. Now, when I called back about this after taking it to Firestone..I was given the runaround, told to call this person, email that person and they would cover the $320 cost to fix the brake issue, since that was a safety issues, that should have been secured before giving the car to me..ok..now her we are going on about 4 weeks and still no one had reached out to me.. now, I'm waiting on my plates.. like xxx..talking about I have to bring the car back for the plate.. just mail the plate..I don't need them to put my plate on.. all I can say, if your thinking about it.. don't..if you buy something from them.. make sure it's only a Mitsubishi that's new, so you can have your warranties and know that everything is in working order..make sure you read your fine print.. just in case..last but not least.. there was damage to the back of the car that I did not see on the original post, but, that I will eat, since I can't be certain.fyi.. after all the problems I ran into when I picked up the car, I was still willing to refer people, but, they show that your only important.. while you stand in front of them..
