I have been to this dealership two times before, with some issues/ not feeling 100% satisfied by my experiences (one being washing my car when I indicated not to and surface scratches appearing). This time I had a different service advisor, Robin, who was was helpful and courteous. I am particular about my car and maintain/detail it myself, so I created a "do no wash" sign which she quickly noticed and made note of it and highlighted on the service invoice. I pay attention to detail, and I'm glad that this time the instructions were followed by those servicing my car. They performed 45k service, adjusted wiper blades, and I was informed that I had a crack in one of the engine mounts. Also, I had another issue with the trunk latch needing to be replaced which is another reason I brought it in for service. Since they were past service hours they did offer me a loaner for the weekend (I came in on a Saturday), I appreciated the gesture (especially since I live in Manhattan and need a car to get home), but I declined and I will return to get the remaining work completed. A trouble free experience and I left completely satisified...a third time was a charm. More

The only reason I came to this dealer is because they had a used vehicle (not a Volvo or Mazda) on their lot with certain options that I had been looking for. I ended up buying the vehicle because it matche a used vehicle (not a Volvo or Mazda) on their lot with certain options that I had been looking for. I ended up buying the vehicle because it matched what I had my eye out for. Unfortunately, customer service has been absolutely terrible. Before going to the dealership, I set up an appointment with one of the sales guys to view the vehicle. When I arrived there, he wasn't prepared to show the car at all, so I ended up spending more time there than I expected to. I think they actually had to find the keys. I was curious what sort of financing rates I would get through them (they used BoA). They didn't respond to me about financing until the day I was scheduled to pick up the car. About 4 weeks after picking up the car, they called me and said I owed another $65 for DMV fees (on top of the fees I already paid). I questioned how I could owe more, because I know what the actual DMV registration and plate charges are, and the fees I paid to the dealer are more than enough to cover them. She called me back in 5 minutes and said that now I don't owe the extras $65, but still didn't know what the actual DMV expenses were. Additionally, I'm still back and forth with them for other administrative issues. Last week I left two voice-mails and an email, and received a response 3 days later. I've left several voice-mails this morning and still haven't heard back. I've never received so many voice mailboxes when calling a business. Interesting how the dealership actually responds to some of the reviews on here saying their goal is customer satisfaction and outstanding experience. A sale with no issues certainly does make for a satisfied customer. But the real customer service (or lack there of) really displays when trying to work through an issue with one of their customers. More
