Purchased a car and did not trade in my car so I couldn't drive home two cars by myself. No offer made to help. Took three days for me to find a friend with free time to shuttle me. Will not bring to dealership for investigation/resolution. One salesman told me to "just bring it in tomorrow". Next day was told "You can't just bring it in. You have to make appointment." More
This used to be one of the best Ford dealerships around. However the last couple service experiences have been horrific. No one knows how to call anyone back you might as well go and do the work yourself in However the last couple service experiences have been horrific. No one knows how to call anyone back you might as well go and do the work yourself in their facility because they need constant reminders and nobody calls back when promised and you have to spend all of your time trying to keep contacting them to make sure they get what they have to done. The customer service has gone to crap. That’s very unfortunate as Packey Webb used to be so well. I had an appointment scheduled for upcoming few days. I called to verify it and they have no record of my appointment or the rental car log for my rental that supposed to be reserved for me at enterprise. Nobody did their job at all. This has been going on for weeks with me trying to get in and get scheduled an appointment yes I have a very conflicting schedule due to my work. Then i ask a call back from the Service manager this morning and was told I would receive a call shortly. As soon as he was off the phone. Well unless he’s on one heck of a phone call it has now been five hours since that phone call. I called back and he still unavailable. Again I had to call back. Constant false timing and no one ever responding. No one does what they say they’re going to when they’re going to. This equals terrible customer service. I myself am a manager of a retail store and offer nothing but the best of customer service. I have great reviews at my location and I would never ever treat a customer this way. I guess Packey Webb is doing great and doesn’t need customers. If they cared about their customers and needed our business they surely would be very prompt to return phone calls and make sure appointments are in the system when scheduled. More
