Consumers talk and share information from our experiences. As of late my personal experiences with Ford has caught me off guard. The CoVID crises has been the escape goat for many excuses in the service industry across the boarder. With Ford the protocols sounds great however what I’ve seen there is no accountability from the mechanic coming for the house or work not doing the job correctly to making excuses to way the dealerships don’t have courtesy vehicles to warranties that are not important to the dealers as much as it is to the new car buyers. Lastly the new car buyer gets plenty of emails to upgrade but the recommended items don’t fit the vehicle. It’ll will probably me my responsibility to ship back the items that don’t fit my car. I understand that lots of money is made through the service department. It would be nice if the consumer has an additional vehicle we should be rewarded for the convenience the dear ship has been given. Have have faith that Ford will step up on behalf of the consumer. Thank you
