My experience with dealership was horrible. I went in there to look at a used car and took it for a test drive and did like the car but still had some shopping around to do as this was the first vehicle there to look at a used car and took it for a test drive and did like the car but still had some shopping around to do as this was the first vehicle I looked at. Bill witt was my salesperson and he asked if I would like to put 500.00 down to hold the vehicle until I made a decision and I agreed but I was very specific about the fact that I still was undecided and asked about the policy if I changed my mind and about getting a refund and he said that wouldn't be a problem. I also asked if I would be able to just phone in my decision to cancel because this dealership was about 45 mins from my home and he said that "could be worked out" as well. So I ended up deciding against purchasing a car from Packey Webb and phone Bill on the date that I specified that I would call him and again he said no problem. Well a week goes by and no refund so I call Bill again and he now has changed his tune. He now says that I agreed to buy the vehicle and wouldn't be recieving a refund after all. so they think it is ok to keep my 500.00 for test driving a car at their dealership. I would be very careful dealing with a dealership that has these kind of policies and manipulations!! More
