They listen to what you, as a customer need and more importantly can afford. They have mastered the fine art of listening and understanding rather than trying to get you to buy something outside your price range or need. Outstanding My wife and I brought in a 2013 Ford Escape and a 2014 Ford Escape for oil changes on 2/26/19. Alex Karlstedt was our service advisor for both cars. My wife and I brought in a 2013 Ford Escape and a 2014 Ford Escape for oil changes on 2/26/19. Alex Karlstedt was our service advisor for both cars. In addition, I inquire about getting my backup camera replaced if possible. I have an extended warranty with Alliant Credit Union. I furnished Alex with Alliant's number and he called to check out if the camera was covered. Turns out I purchased the Platinum Package which covered the replacement camera for $750.00. A check was sent to Ford and I had it replaced in two hours. Great service, great facilities. Alex went the extra mile to ensure that the camera was replaced. First time I have used the extended warranty. More

While waiting for the oil change, our original salesman Elliot Sivewright walked through the waiting room and noticed us and stopped to talk to us. He asked how everything was going and reminded us to stop in anytime if we had any questions about the features in our Escape. We really appreciated Elliot's follow-up. He was terrific at the time of the sale and we were impressed that he remembered us 6 months later. More

Two 'Works' oil changes and two recalls - great service I purchased my truck in the city, and live in the southwestern suburbs. I had take the truck to the dealer nearest my work and also down in the far I purchased my truck in the city, and live in the southwestern suburbs. I had take the truck to the dealer nearest my work and also down in the far south suburbs when I reported to Homewood. Finally landed on a dealer that is a keeper - Packey Webb. New facility, and some of the best customer service I have received at a dealership thus far. Sam was extremely responsive and got both recalls for my F150 completed along with an oil change in a very timely manner. The facility is spotless, and they do not try to sell you on services that are not needed. I would definitely recommend this dealer for service, and I will come here when it is time to buy my next truck, which may be years from now due to the satisfaction I have with the F150 - the truck will never rust, and with the V8, it is very fast and can be easily customized. -Mike More
