John and Adam helped us - we gave them the parameters and specifications and within 24 hours we had purchased the exact car we had described to them! They were great listeners, kind and attentive, and did not try to sell us anything above our target price. We need to replace yet another family car in the next couple of months and we will not look anywhere else after this pleasant transaction. More

I asked for a white, special paint, with pedals that come forward, sun roof, automated seats, and other things I needed as I am 4"10" and lo and behold, I received those wishes, plus more .Everyone has been courteous and helpful and always made me feel as if I am special. No so at other Ford dealers. I have a Ford dealer a mile away from home and yet I choose to go to Packey Webb which is a long distance from home - about a 1/2 hour. I would recommend PW to anyone!!! More
