Despite not having an appointment I was kindly greeted by a service writer and advised that despite not having an appointment, they would be willing to service my vehicle but it might be a bit of a wait. Tires rotated, oil change, liquids topped off and an inspection all done in under an hour. I had a recent surgery which impedes me from walking and standing without pain and the service writer was kind enough to bring all paperwork to me at the lobby. Overall I was very happy with the service and personnel. The waiting area is very comfortable and and facility is brand new and very well kept. More

If I could give no stars I would. Mike Payne is a pain to deal with. Complete pun intended. I took my vehicle here twice in a month time span to get serviced because the first time they couldn’t fix the prob deal with. Complete pun intended. I took my vehicle here twice in a month time span to get serviced because the first time they couldn’t fix the problem with my vehicle. The second time I came, I was given a loaner vehicle because I have to get to work every day just like everyone else. (They did not walk me around the vehicle and check anything that may have been out of place) After my vehicle was finished for the second time, I brought my loaner back and dropped it off only to get a call 15 minutes later saying that there were damages to the vehicle.(once again they did not walk around the vehicle with me to check for anything out of place) They (Especially Mike Payne) accused me of produce two deep scratches in the hood of the vehicle. After driving that vehicle around for 6 days total, I would have noticed these two scratches and if it was me who put them there (which it wasn’t) I would’ve have said something immediately. Instead, Mike Payne tells me that my story is xxxxxxxx and how wrong I am multiple times and demands that I pay for the damages. It’s been over a week since I’ve had to deal with these people and they said they would contact my insurance. There’s been no claims on my insurance so that right there tells you that someone in the service department tried to take advantage of a 21 year old college student who lives out of state. I’m sad that I have to sit here and bash the business but they should be more ethical with their customers. More
Beware. Selling cars in need of expensive repairs. BEWARE. I purchased a 2003 Camry thinking I got a fair deal. I purchased as is. I needed a cheap car quick for my daughter. A couple days later I BEWARE. I purchased a 2003 Camry thinking I got a fair deal. I purchased as is. I needed a cheap car quick for my daughter. A couple days later I took it to my mechanic to look it over and it needs over $2000 of work, more than 50% of what I paid for the car!! I called and called trying to get Packey Webb to give me a deal on the repairs, but they won't even respond. More
Replacing back up camera I was pleasantly surprised that the 2 hour repair only took 1 1/2 hours. The waiting area is comfortable with free coffee and water. I was pleasantly surprised that the 2 hour repair only took 1 1/2 hours. The waiting area is comfortable with free coffee and water. More
Lies and B.S. I went in for a driveline vibration concern. They replaced my ring and pinion. I was contacted by Sam the service writer who told me that after the ge I went in for a driveline vibration concern. They replaced my ring and pinion. I was contacted by Sam the service writer who told me that after the gears were, replaced there was still a slight vibration felt, so they need to install a different shim in the rear end. That wouldnt happen due to the fact that before finishing the ring and pinion job the first time, the tech should have run a gear tooth pattern, to make sure everything was right before finishing the job. If the tech didnt do his job properly the first time, that is an issue as well. I was then told that the driveshaft was replaced, and STILL there was a vibration. Sam then proceeded to tell me how my truck had been in high standing water at some, point, and that there was "something bent inside the rear end". During the almost two weeks my truck was at the dealership, I used my ford pass app to "ping" my truck to see its location. I found it was at an employee's house during lunch time. Test drives are one thing, but using a customer's vehicle for personal use is not OK. Givem the fact this, truck was a recent purchase, and packey webb couldnt fix the issue, it was sent to golf mill ford. They did thier own diagnosis and found that the driveshaft needed to be replaced. I questioned them and asked why a new driveshaft needed to be replaced? They told me that the driveshaft on the truck was not new. After receiving the invoice from packey webb I confirmed that only the ring and pinion were replaced, not the driveshaft, even though I was told that it had been by Sam. The new driveshaft fixed the vibraton issue. My experience with packey webb service department was horrible, i would not trust what they tell you. Make them prove to you whatever they are saying and research anything they tell you. Dont get taken for a scam More
