Service fine after market follow up not good Brought my new 19 F-150 in Sept in for service on Tue Jan 14. Have a small paint flaw on hood and a question regarding my aftermarket remote start. Oi Brought my new 19 F-150 in Sept in for service on Tue Jan 14. Have a small paint flaw on hood and a question regarding my aftermarket remote start. Oil change was fine but was told I would hear back from service on the paint problem in 24 to 48 hrs. and they would contact the aftermarket person to reach out to me, after four calls and texts and emails it is now Jan. 21 and I have nothing about either issue. Sales were fine, service seems ok but if you need follow up, be prepared for a wait. Signed, Still waiting More

Great Service Department I came in to service my vehicle in preparation for the winter months. I came in around 2 pm and did not schedule an appointment. Despite not having an I came in to service my vehicle in preparation for the winter months. I came in around 2 pm and did not schedule an appointment. Despite not having an appointment I was kindly greeted by a service writer and advised that despite not having an appointment, they would be willing to service my vehicle but it might be a bit of a wait. Tires rotated, oil change, liquids topped off and an inspection all done in under an hour. I had a recent surgery which impedes me from walking and standing without pain and the service writer was kind enough to bring all paperwork to me at the lobby. Overall I was very happy with the service and personnel. The waiting area is very comfortable and and facility is brand new and very well kept. More
