I called in the morning and made an offer on Ford Explorer Platinum with Ernie. He stated “the car is yours, I will get it pulled up and ready for you. When will you be down?”. I was driving from Sou Explorer Platinum with Ernie. He stated “the car is yours, I will get it pulled up and ready for you. When will you be down?”. I was driving from Southern WI. So with that comment, one would assume the car is on hold and it’s mine. On my 2 hour trip down, I received a call stating that someone else is looking at the vehicle but that they are also looking at 2 others... WTH?? I was upset and said Ernie we talked and said I would be down to purchase the vehicle. “Oh in IL we can’t put hold on vehicles without a buyers purchase form signed”..!?!?! He said it is not sold and they are leaning toward another vehicle. We got down there and as we are in the car inspecting it and getting excited to purchase it, he came out and said they bought it. This is very poor customer service why would you not explain to a buyer that the car can only be held if a buyer purchase form has been signed, when you know your customer/client has a 2 hour drive? Not after you have someone there purchasing it. I’m so disappointed and frustrated with this place. I would not recommend them at all. More

Excellent Sales Staff I came in because of a used car they had posted online.
