My personal experience at Packey Webb Ford was not a good one. I know that buying a car is a business transaction, but I felt like the employees I worked with were only concerned about the sale and not tryin one. I know that buying a car is a business transaction, but I felt like the employees I worked with were only concerned about the sale and not trying to get me the first car for me. He did not listen to what I was asking for and continued to act as if I knew nothing. I l Left very unimpressed and have left Packey Webb Ford for good. If you are looking for a human to human interaction in your car buying process I would avoid going to Packey Webb Ford. More

They sold me a new car that had rats living in the undercarriage near the trunk that had chewed on the camera wiring. They then told me that the warranty did not cover the damage. Corporate Ford eventually paid to fix the damages but I have no respect for Packey Webb after that. More
