I purchased a new 2020 Ford Transit in CO and moved to IL. First year AWD was available. I am working with Ford Customer Service to try to get the issue resolved. Packey Webb has been extremely uncooperative. Calls to the service department go to voicemail and are not returned at all. PackeyWebb Ford helped me get and mount my spare tire. In particular, Eric Finlon, was superb in assisting with the purchase of the vehicle, making sure I was completely satisfied, including helping procure the spare tire. I have purchase two cars from Packey Webb and Charles Franz was the salesman that suggested I drive the Eco sport Titanium and it was a excellent fit for me, The heated seats are great for arthritis and Franz was the salesman that suggested I drive the Eco sport Titanium and it was a excellent fit for me, The heated seats are great for arthritis and I use them from fall threw spring, It makes it easy for me to walk when I get out in the damp cold weather, I like the GPS it gets me any where I want to go, I enjoy the moon roof, The car is very functional when you fold the rear seats down you can put large box inside and save on delivery charge. I only let the Packey Webb boys under the hood of my car, They are fast and reliable and complete what needs to be done to keep my car running right, More

Poor communication, my vehicle was in the shop for three days before I called to inquiry the status. I requested a loaner, I was told none available, I asked about a rental, i was told none available. It is days before I called to inquiry the status. I requested a loaner, I was told none available, I asked about a rental, i was told none available. It is in my extended Warranty that I get a loaner. My vehicle was in the shop for a total of six days. I reached out to Ford, rep told me that I could have rented a car and submitted the bill to Ford for reimbursement, Packey Webb never communicated that to me,their only answer to me was none available. Packey Webb has lost my business andI will no longer recommend them to any of my family or customers. More

Just finished leasing my 3rd vehicle with Packey Webb Ford. Since my first lease I have now moved to Denver but return in the summers to do my car shopping. Claimed the vehicle was inspected and serviced - wet moldy air filter and misfires: I bought a used 2016 Ford Transit with 107k miles on it. At the time of purchased, the salesman assured me that the vehicle had been checked and serviced - fluids had been changed. Less than a week after the van was purchased, the check engine light came on. Because I live over an hour and a half away from the dealer, I took it to my local Ford dealer who discovered the engine compartment was leaking water into the air filter compartment, over the engine, and wiring harness. It was at that point, we discovered the air filter was wet and moldy less than a week after purchase and no rain since. How can they say that it was inspected without noticing a wet, moldy air filter? Turns out the water leak is a common problem in Transits 2016-2019 and there is a TSB out about the issue. The first engine light was a bad sensor related to water in the engine, and now it is registering misfires in 3 cylinders with a flashing engine light. I've already dumped over $1500 into this vehicle and driven it less than 500 miles since it was purchased over 3 months ago. I explained these issues to Packey Webb used car manager and service manager. I asked them to fix the issues, and I was willing to pay their costs so they would not even be out any money. The best they could do was offer me a discount if I paid to have it towed there. So after knowingly selling me a lemon vehicle, they still want to make profit on doing the repairs for it. After I challenged them on this, the used car manager started to yell at me over the phone saying that businesses are supposed to make profit. I then left a message on the owner's voicemail and received no response in over 2 weeks. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Take your business elsewhere, because they clearly have no real concern for their customers. More
