I brought in car to check battery no one said a word for 2 & 2/2 hrs .gave me car back said no problem battery fine.i started car drove out all sorts of electronics out .digital dash whole display black.no blower motor.no air. Airbag warning light on .pulled back in.i was told I brought it in that way driving over 20 miles to get there. No one again said a word until drive back in .I really wonder how dumb they feel there customers are I graduate auto tech teacher,trained as educated ,worked 2 years in field to be vocationally certified service advisor and for certified tech and service mgr.

Oh also I forgot I spoke to Ryan the service mgr and could not get past his refusal to get how the pro rated battery works. I bought a battery spent about $129 dollars and just after free replacement period of 3 yrs it went bad which this defective battery had about 5 yrs left so I paid $53 more dollar 53 + 80 left ondefective battery which meant I had full 104 mo like new battery purchase which he refused and said it over 6 yrs old and no warranty left wrong did I say wrong had full warranty but I decidedim done no more nonsense.
