On October 19, 2024, my wife and I went to Packey Webb to look at a vehicle that they had advertised on line. We walked to the door and two gentlemen that work there were standing at a desk just looking at u look at a vehicle that they had advertised on line. It's customary for salespersons to greet the person at the door or at the lot. We found the car on our own. A very nice looking car. After ten minutes of inspecting the car and still no assistance, we decided that they didn't need our business. My wife decided that she would tell the staff how disrespectful they were toward us. After reading these reviews, I now understand that Packey Webb business of selling cars does not include customer service. More

I have never had a more dishonest vehicle buying experience. I was told that the tires which had only 5/32" tread depth was normal. I told him that he was lying. They discounted the vehicle half the experience. I was told that the tires which had only 5/32" tread depth was normal. I told him that he was lying. After I purchased it the sales manager took the keys to "go put gas in it". When I get back in the truck it was still on empty, it read "40 miles to empty". So he only put $5 in gas in it. More
