My experience with Pacifico Ford, and in particular with Salesman Seth Bailer was excellent! I requested a quote on-line and was contacted by Seth first by email. Seth was careful to follow up with me, but not overly aggressive. He asked if it was a good time to review information he had and whether I preferred to use email or the phone. When I spoke with Seth, he was courteous and pleasant and very customer focused. He did exactly what he told me he would do every step in the process. I told him the vehicle specifics I was looking for, he checked his lot, he found the vehicle and let me know he had it. We set up a convenient time to come in, test drive the vehicle, and discuss features and price. He was very understanding when I told him I wanted to visit other dealers. In the end, I received the best deal from Seth and Pacifico, but even had I received a competitive offer elsewhere, I would have come back to Pacifico because of how awesome Seth was from start to finish. And it didn't end once Seth had the sale made. He took a personal interest in making sure I understood the vehicle's features. He stayed late with me on a Saturday after the sale was already made and after the dealership was closed to help me emplty out my trade in freezing temperatures and then explain the workings of my new vehicle even though I knew from earlier conversations he had plans after work. This was not only the best car buying experience I have had, but the best Sales experience I have ever had with anything! I would highly recommend Seth Bailer of Pacifico Ford to anyone. More
