I was surfing the internet when I clicked on Pacifico . While I was still on line I got a call from Connie Toy. Within minutes of my telling her what I was interested in, she sent me three choices with pri While I was still on line I got a call from Connie Toy. I did some comparison shopping and in a week or so I went into the showroom and leased a Lincoln hyrid. I got a fair price for my trade-in based on my research in the Kelly Blue Book. I also had a good idea of what the car should cost. They met my expectations. I had never leased a car before nor have I owned a hybrid. Connie had the hybrid tech expert explain the various features of a hybrid. Then Connie took me through the various functions on the dash. There are some fancy electronics which she patiently explained . She suggested I should drive a while then come back with additional questions. I went back a week later and she spent another hour or more reviewing the systems. I had difficulty getting the car garage door opener in sync with my garage door. Connie actually came to my house to fix the situation which was caused by my ineptitude. Connie made this transaction a very pleasant experience. I have been buying cars for over 50 years so I know what a pain it can be. Not this time. More
