Beginning with Connie Toy, the sales person, my experience was a very positive one. She did not try to sell me something that I had not asked to see. The others, partner and employees, in the dealership with whom I dealt were extremely helpful and friendly. People seemed to go out of their way to greet me and ask if they could be of any assistance - evem to sharing coffee and some delicious fresh Philadelphia soft pretzels with me. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction and all of the paperwork was explained very clearly. My request to have the automobile checked out by my mechanic was immediately accepted and arranged. All in all, this was a very positive experience, even though it was my first time buying a car by myself.
