I came to Pacifico Marple Ford looking to trade in my old Ford Escape (2001) and upgrade to a 2012. I was introduced to Val Biderberg and she got the process started. She was extremely knowledgable, not pushy and really treated me well. After coming in early in November, I decided I wasn't ready to upgrade yet and told her I would be back. I came back in February and made sure that I got to work with Val again. It was a very easy and comfortable process and I'm really enjoying my new 2012 Ford Escape. I highly recommend not only Pacifico Ford, but I highly recommend working with Val. I will definitely be coming back to Val the next time I'm looking to upgrade my vehicle. More

I went in looking for a truck not knowing exactly what I wanted and Steve was very friendly and helpful. We sat down and figured out exactly what I needed for my business and he found several trucks that were available. I then decided I needed another piece of equipment for my business and that I needed a bigger truck. I told Steve what I needed again and he researched and found the right vehicle for me. The truck was delivered on time and it was washed, gassed up, and ready to go. Throughout the entire process Steve kept in constant communication with me and answered any and all questions I had for him. He went over and above for me and I will definitely be calling Steve again when it is time for a new truck. More

Bob was extremely helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to find out exactly what our needs in a vehicle were and then sought out just the right car for us. Sean Morris did a great job helping us find a car within our budget. When we didn't like the original car we test drove he brought us out a different more expensive model and when all was said and done got our budget. All of the people were very nice and accomodating. The business manager got us a great deal through factory financing which is a miracle considering how bad my credit is. I highly recommend these guys. More
