I won't speak of the "exacts" of this city's other dealerships and their staff but what I can tell you is that I was in the market for over 6 months and NO OTHER dealership, OR sales, OR credit dept. compares to that of PACIFIC HONDA! There are no words to describe how I feel today. Mr. Larry "Magic" Pinnick is to thank for my elation. I had been going through alot lately, and had given up hope for a brighter day. I didn't believe that anything would come out of inquiring on purchasing a vehicle and had been told no so many times. This man, was dedicated to helping me and putting me in a vehicle. His hard work, and commitment in doing so shined right through til the end. Not only did he keep trying until he found a bank to finance me but he also took the time to make sure I had a way to the dealership. Making time from his schedule he picked me and brought me back home. He found a way around every obstacle that was in my way prohibiting me from being able to purchase. The day I signed my paperwork and it was official, I couldnt believe it. Magic told me he would get me in a vehicle and did just that. Holding back my tears I thanked him repeatedly for all his help and for giving me something my life needed right now. I truely appreciate everything he has done, and wish there was something more I could do to show my gratitude because thank you isnt enough in my eyes for giving me and my children a great start at our new journey. He truely is my angel, and would recommend him and the dealership to everyone that I know. Magic, his nickname is truely what he is and a great asset to any company. So it didn't take long to go back and see Wally Sibou, only 2 days! While I was looking for my new car my girlfriend fell in love with the new Twilight Blue CRV and she couldn't get her mind off of it. only 2 days! Last night I purchased my 2012 Honda Accord EXL from Wally Sibou and couln't be happier! For the past week I had been shopping around local dealerships and scouting online for a new car to replace the Wally Sibou and couln't be happier! Everywhere I went led me to frustration as salesmen stopped listening to what I was asking for and kept showing me what they wanted to show me. Then I went to Pacific Honda and met Wally. Wally took the time with me to check out multiple cars and not once did he make me feel like he was trying to sell what he wanted to sell. After choosing the new Accord Wally and his team made the rest of the car buying process as simple and pleasant as it could be.
