Lenny and Richard treated me like I was a V.I.P when I went to buy a used car. They were very friendly and very funny. Believe me when I say, never has buying a new car been so enjoyable! The folks at Pacific Honda were fabulous to work with, very kind and accommodating. Mark himself was a true professional and we got right down to business without a lot of that whole runaround with "let me go talk to my sales manager" kind of crap. I didn't feel like I was being sold or being taken advantage of in any way.
