I was not looking forward to the battle of negotiating for a new car, but discovered that my apprehension was completely unjustified. I met with Wally, who put me at ease right away - he was there to help for a new car, but discovered that my apprehension was completely unjustified. He stayed with me the entire time, seeing me through every step, which was great because he gained my trust so much that I wanted him there. He made me feel like he was going to take care of me and I was going to get a great car and a great deal, and I believe I did. If you are thinking about getting a Honda, I recommend you go down to Pacific Honda and ask for Wally. Wally set me up with Jose in financing, and he was equally patient and friendly, and I got absolutely no "vibe" from either one that they had to make a sale. Just from initial phone calls to other dealers, I felt pressure was already being applied to me, so i was most grateful not to feel this way during my visit with Wally and Jose. Hopefully by the time you go down there Wally will be running the place, then you will be sure to meet him! More
