I went to the service because there is a noise coming from the front of my car, but they didn’t take my concern seriously and told me nothing could be done. My car only has 20,000 miles and I bought it b from the front of my car, but they didn’t take my concern seriously and told me nothing could be done. My car only has 20,000 miles and I bought it brand new, yet they refused to properly inspect or fix the issue. I have been a loyal Honda customer for years and owned multiple Honda vehicles, but this experience was very disappointing. Because of this poor service, I will seriously reconsider buying a Honda again in the future. More
It is by no means ever necessary, respectful, nor should be allowed for an advisor to reach into the car while the customer is still in the driver seat and still strapped in. Honestly felt like an invasion be allowed for an advisor to reach into the car while the customer is still in the driver seat and still strapped in. Honestly felt like an invasion of personal space and left me feeling defenseless and vulnerable. I have been to other dealerships for services and they will either have me do what they’re looking for or ask me to step out of the car. It also felt like the advisor wasn’t listening to me at all. No means no and I don’t need to be pushed for services. It was also a hot mess trying to retrieve my car. I went to the express service where I usually go and pay for services such as an oil change. The receptionist was nice and redirected me since she didn’t have my paperwork. Went to the actual service department where I checked in and they didn’t have my paperwork and redirected me back. I went to the sales window instead and they didn’t have my paperwork, I explained I didn’t want to keep walking in circles so someone finally suggested I waited while they figured out what was going on. Apparently someone left my paperwork in the back without saying anything. Great organization and communication. No one even went over the paperwork or inspection. *round of applause* More
My car’s AC wasn’t working well and pacific Honda took care of it quickly and it was under an extended warranty created by Honda so I didn’t have to pay for it. Pacific Honda replaced one of my tires. John Ablao (service advisor), sourced out a tire for me (on a Saturday) since they didn’t have one in stock.
