I was thrilled with the service I received from the sales person to the finance guy who invited me back to go over all the electronics for my new vehicle. He gladly spent over a half an hour going over ever person to the finance guy who invited me back to go over all the electronics for my new vehicle. He gladly spent over a half an hour going over everything I needed to know. I had a small problem with the running boards and they agreed to have me bring it back for a free repair, which I haven't done yet but I expect equally great service. More

Not just a car lot.. I brought my wife's Mazda CX-9 in for a oil change. Kayle let me know about an issue with these particular vehicles and the transmissions. Apparently I brought my wife's Mazda CX-9 in for a oil change. Kayle let me know about an issue with these particular vehicles and the transmissions. Apparently they are very difficult to change the fluid in the transfer case. He asked if he could make it serviceable. Wasn't expecting to have him go above and beyond. I have had the oil changed multiple times at multiple dealerships and not once has anyone mentioned this to me. I suggest you take your car to Pacific Coast Auto Center for it's next maintenance. Thank you to the team at Pacific Coast! More

After finally deciding to buy we went to cars.com and found a truck that we fell in love with. Just so happened to be on the same lot that we had been driving past for months. We spoke to Bob and he was beyond helpful. Price of the truck was very fair (below KBB estimate) and they gave us far more for our trade than was expected by me or my wife. After meeting several of the members of the team and seeing how friendly and down to earth they are, I will be buying from them in the future. Thank you Pacific Coast Auto Center! More

Once we arrived at the dealership our new truck was exactly as Travis had described it and drove perfectly. The owner of Pacific Coast Auto Center evaluated our trade in and offered us a fair price. They even found us a better finance rate then our credit union could offer! We will be back to see Travis in the future and recommend him and Pacific Coast Auto Center to everyone we know! More
Q: How do theses places stay in business? A: Suckers! Rule #1: Always trust your gut instinct. I failed to. After first speaking with a sales associate on the phone I knew I didn't have the sharpest too Rule #1: Always trust your gut instinct. I failed to. After first speaking with a sales associate on the phone I knew I didn't have the sharpest tool in the shed. Still, the truck looked promising enough, plenty of glossy pictures and a clean, one owner Carfax report. The truck I was told was "babied", exceptionally clean, no damage, one of the best on their lot, etc., etc., etc. I specifically asked if it had been smoked in, had rust, or any mechanical issues noticeable. After finally reaching a price on the phone conditional upon my inspection I asked to be sent two pictures; one of the odometer reading and one of the worst possible surface defects so there would be no surprises (I was traveling four hours away from Portland, OR). One of the pictures came back blurry with suspicious rust characteristics. I then again asked: "are you sure that is not rust?" The answer came back as "I'm pretty sure it's just a chip". Hmmmm. Still, giving Pac Coast the benefit of the doubt (mistake) I plowed ahead the next morning in the rain on my motorcycle hoping for the best. Arriving four hours later, soaked and freezing looking forward to a ride home in a warm truck I met the con artist in person and began to inspect the truck. It didn't take more than a few minutes. The "chip" I asked to see had mysteriously disappeared overnight, or should I say was spray painted over. Trouble is, you just can't hide RUST! After a bit of poking around it was obvious the whole truck had serious rust issues lurking everywhere! Upon the utmost disbelief that I had been abjectly lied to, the sales associate proceeded to then throw his mechanic under the bus and replied "I didn't know about this, he didn't say anything about rust when he inspected it", backpedal backpedal backpedal. Furious, I just left. On the way out of the building the guy couldn't even make eye contact with me. Four more hours in the rain back to Portland I wondered what kind of person could blatantly lie to you, have you waste your whole day, and expect to receive your money in return. Not even an apology on the voicemail or via email. This experience puts the derogatory "used car salesman" phrase in the dictionary. Bottom line: STAY AWAY! Don't even give these guys a chance More

Well worth the 350 mile drive to get there and back with my sweet new work rig. The easiest vehicle purchase I've ever had at a dealership. More

Left me stranded on the interstate in a cloud of white smoke and I had to have the car towed. While having it towed I also discovered that the spare tire as well as the tow equipment were missing, making the towing process difficult. Pleasant purchasing experience, horribly pre-sale inspected product. More
