My wife and I were very frustrated with our local dealers high pressure, high priced, sales until we expanded our search and found the right vehicle and the right salesperson, Michelle Starkey. Michelle was like a (very busy) family member. The price and details were upfront without hidden add-ons or prices. It was very refreshing to feel like we didn't need to be on the defense. It was worth the drive and suffering the Seattle traffic for the no hassle purchase. All of the staff including Camille Kim with the financial department did everything possible to get us back on the road home as soon as possible. We absolutely love our Previously owned 2025 Honda Pilot and Honda of Bellingham. Their shuttle service made our transportation a breeze after our rental car drop off. He gladly spent over a half an hour going over everything I needed to know. I had a small problem with the running boards and they agreed to have me bring it back for a free repair, which I haven't done yet but I expect equally great service.
