I purchased a 2020 Audi S7 from this dealership. Before the purchase, I was told that the vehicle was in excellent condition, had never been in an accident, and had no issues. After the purchase, I discovered serious problems that were never disclosed to me. The first issue was that the side window was improperly installed and misaligned. In the photos taken at the time the car was being sold, it is clearly visible that this problem already existed at the time of sale. The second issue appeared about a month later when I discovered a large amount of water under the vehicle (approximately 20 gallons). This problem could not be noticed immediately because the water was trapped underneath the vehicle’s lower structure. This strongly suggests that the water issue existed before the vehicle was sold. I informed the dealer about these problems, but they refused to address any of the issues and ignored all of my messages. I also want to point out a very serious issue regarding the license plates. I fully paid for the vehicle including registration and license plates, but when the plates arrived at the dealership, they did not give them to me for three months and provided no explanation. When I came to the dealership in person, I was told that I had to pay an additional $350, even though this amount was never mentioned in the contract. When I refused to pay money outside the agreement, I was told directly that I would not receive my license plates. I tried to resolve the situation peacefully, but the dealer behaved in a dismissive and unprofessional manner and completely refused to resolve any of the issues. Because of ignoring the customer, hidden vehicle issues, and attempting to demand additional money outside the contract, I strongly do not recommend using the services of this dealership. More

I went to go pick up my car after an inspection came back clean— it didn’t start in the parking lot. I notified them, and they refused to acknowledge that it was not delivered in working condition. It was later proven by my mechanic that they had sold me an unsafe vehicle that accelerates at random. There is no accountability, no good will. You’ll be gaslit by the salespeople and their managers with statements like, “we’ve worked here 40 years and done 40 million in honest sales.” What they really mean is they’ve spent 40 years ripping hard working people off.
