After months of looking online and running around to different dealerships I literally ran into this one by accident. Happen to be in the area and I decided to stop and have a look. 2 hours and 2 cups o different dealerships I literally ran into this one by accident. Happen to be in the area and I decided to stop and have a look. 2 hours and 2 cups of coffee later, I finally had my truck, a nice Ford 150XL. No pressure, attentive, professional... basically really great customer service., it was painless. They undercut every truck I had looked at previously, so I got a deal, a great one. I live in Maine so they dropped the truck off at my house, now that's service. Note to self...I will definitely go back in the event I need another vehicle. My truck is perfect. Thanks More

I recently purchased a used 2003 Totoya from PB's Auto Village. I stopped at their Hampton Falls location and was very impressed by their used car selection and pricing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I requested information and the keys to the vehicle – he gladly helped and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns and most important, was not pushy. After doing my research on the vehicle, I realized that their asking price was right on with what I was finding online. When I went to officially made and offer on the vehicle, I worked with Brian, I assume the owner. We discussed the price and came to a deal that I felt very comfortable paying. I picked up the car a few days later, it was clean inside and out. I was greeted by both Brian and Mike as they congratulated me and watched me drive off in my new vehicle. More

i was treated friendly until down payment was put forth, and then was scammed out of that down payment. I'm out a lot of money and have nothing to show for it other than an empty wallet and a very hard lear and then was scammed out of that down payment. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had! Mike was awesome. He was so relaxed and friendly that it made my Husband and I feel comfortable to look around, pressure free. Financing was a breeze and I was in and out of there in less than an hour ! The staff was so helpful and even offered to buy me lunch.
